Tuesday

1 cup egg whites, 1 chicken sausage (no coffee - no taste for it, grossed me out for some reason)

Quinoa/flax seed crackers

3 chicken tenders, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup butternut squash soup

2 chicken sausages

Siggi's yogurt cup

Chicken, salsa, & hummus

WOD:
10 - 1 ladder of 65 lb squat cleans, ring rows, & 15" box jumps. Completed in 14:02.
