Sleep 11-5:45am
Stress feeling good

Pre Wod Shake
6:30amWOD
50lbs DBs, 15-18 burpees, 1200ish on the rower
Post WOD Shake, black decaf coffee
10am 5 trader joes chicken meat balls
12:30 Chicken Cobb salad no cheese
3:00 organic carrotts
6:30 chicken breast, sweet potato, zuchini
9:00 half a cup of coconut milk ice cream

Felt good for my first day back to CFM post vacation.
