Sleep: 11-5:45a woke up a few times
Stress: in pre vacation mode

Pre Wod: Shake
6:30am Wod
Post Wod: 2 eggs, decaf coffee
12:00pm spinach salad, with green bell pepper, grilled chicken. cup of white bean sausage soup
2:30pm carrots, cucumber slices, and left over grilled chicken from my salad
4:30pm Decaf Coffee
6:00pm Roasted chicken breast, steamed Kale and carrots
8:00pm lindt choco truffle

Felt pretty well today. Ate alot of Little stressed at the beginning of this week. Finishing two grad school classes and finishing the quarter up at work all before leaving for Puerto Rico on Thursday.....can't wait for the babymoon!
