Okay, I'm gonna try to get back into this blogging thing

6:30 - Wake up - Felt good, good nights sleep

8:45 - Breakfast - Grilled Chicken

2:30 - Lunch - Grilled Chicken

8:45 - Dinner - Fillet

WOD today went well. Got 195 for 4 for front squat. Pull-ups and split squats went well also. Went climbing after the WOD.
