5/2..........James P

Sleep:  10-7:30    but woke up several times through out the night
Stress:   same as yesterday

No WOD today took the day off
8:00am      Shake with Ultra greens,  Adrenal tincture
9:00am     Decaf Tea black 2 tea bags from DD
12:00pm    yellow and green bell peppers, 1/2 chicken breast, 1 cup of chili, coconut water, fish oil, multi viat, viat D
3:00pm   Cucumber slices
6:00pm    Roasted chicken breast, broccoli, carrots/green beans
8:00pm   1 serving raw almonds

Overall good day. Felt pretty good, but was a little tired from the lack of sleep. Gail isn't really sleeping through the night and I am a light sleeper so this is part of the problem...I guess it is getting me ready for go time!

  2. The adrenal tincture I have been taking was prescibed to me from my Naturopath to help support my adrenal glands (working on managing my stress) and it also is good for blood pressure support. Its liquid herb tincture made up of Eleuthero SE, Rhodiola, Hawthorn HBP &SE. I take two dropper fulls in the morning. It really has given my body a bit more energy to handle stress and my BP numbers which were never bad, but have moved to an even better number. I do't see dr Jamie because I was working with my ND before this, but they know each other from ND school.

    and...great job blogging. I know you are not big on it, but I think by getting on hear and venting or laying out your diet can only help.
