5.3.12 - Morgan

1/2 cup granola w/ almond milk
1 piece of pork w/ broccoli
5 carrots w/ 2 tbs hummus
Salad w/ tilapia, cucs, & toms
Protein shake w/ almond milk, celery, carrots, spinach, & 1/2 cup berries
2 glasses of red wine 
WOD: sucked so good! Lol  85 lbs for squat clean; Coach Mike said I had "good form" on the rope slams.
I'm feeling fat. Not sure why...
