Feeling good!!

3 egg omelette with pork tenderloin & tomatoes

Salad with turkey, egg, avocado, artichoke hearts

1 piece of pork tenderloin

Apple with almond butter

Protein shake

Salmon & broccoli

2 mojitos (without sugar!)... and a shot of Jameson

The WOD kicked ass today! It was so hard! I completed the 15 T2B in the 1st round but then subbed 15 ring rows and 15 leg lifts on the Roman Chair.
