Rest day!

2 turkey sausages, 1/2 cup egg whites, cauliflower rice

2 chicken tenders, peas, bell peppers

2 chicken tenders & peas

Apple & 2 tbs natural peanut butter

Blueberry muffin in a mug w/ coconut flakes & agave nectar

Chili with turkey bacon, beans, peppers, & onions (90% Paleo!)

Rest day! I'm so freakin sore.
