11:00 - Wake up
Slept well, got about 9 hours of sleep.
11:45 - Breakfast

  • 1 TJ Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage
  • 1/4 cup Macadamia Nuts
4:00 - Lunch
  • 6 oz Whole Foods Chicken Salad
7:30 - Dinner
  • Homemade Chicken Scarpiello
    • Chicken Breast
    • Cherry Peppers
    • Onion
    • Red Pepper
    • Italian Sausage
  • Asparagus
