Day 20....James P

Sleep: Great 11-830am
Stress: none

Today was a good rest day for me was able to catch up on some school work.

9am: 2 egg omelet with red pepper and veggie sausage, black decaf coffee, adrenal tincture
1230pm: Spinach Salad with 4 whole foods Chicken meatballs, coconut water
3pm: protein shake, fish oil, multi vitamin.
7pm: home made lean burger with cauliflower, carrots, green beans.
