Maria Week 2 Day 4

Went to bed around 10pm and woke up around 6:30am- slept pretty well woke up a couple of times but was able to go right back to sleep. FINALLY.

7:30am-Pre WOD
1 oz turkey breast
1/2 C mixed blueberries and strawberries
1 1/4 tsp fish oil (2g)
8am WOD

9:50am- STARVING
2 oz salmon
1C cooked Kale
1 C cooked broccoli
1/2 tsp omega blend oil

11:50am-Hungry
1 oz calamari
1 C Cooked Broccoli
1/4 tsp omega blend oil

2:25pm- VERY HUNGRY
3 oz tilapia
1 C homemade veggie soup
2 1/2 C Spring Mix lettuce
1/2 C cooked asparagus
1 tsp omega blend oil

5:30pmVERY HUNGRY
chicken breast- didn't measure
2C mixed veggies: broccoli, cauliflower, squash, carrots

8:30pm-not hungry but wanted a snack
Almonds
sleepytime tea with lemon and stevia

WOD: HH Clean Ladder: 4+ @ 65 lbs
5 min Row: 1084 meters
Bench Press Ladder: 2 +2 reps- my arms are too short, I had a really hard time racking the weight!
lunges/GHD SU: 8 rounds
5 min Row: 1092 meters

I felt great today, I have to attribute that to sleep.  Hamstring feels better, car is fixed, and I felt like I had more energy today. Low stress day-   I am totally in the zone- feeling good!

  2. I am so impressed with your diet. Will you help me get prepared and add some variety into mine? I eat chicken or something bland every day. I wonder if that is why I'm having cravings? Not satisfied.
