10:30am cooked Kale and Zuchini, 1 egg, black decaf coffee
12:30pm spinich and red bell pepper, 5 small trader joes Turkey meatballs
3:00pm carrotts and celery
4:30pm decaf coffee
6:00pm roasted chicken breast and broccilli.
roughly 64oz water.
Felt great today despite not getting a great night of sleep. I have not been on the scale, but can definetly feel that I am down a few lbs.
