Siggi's yogurt (Yum!)
1 small apple with 2 tbs almond butter
1 piece pork, 1/2 cup peas, 1/2 cup French green beans, 1/2 cup quinoa, 8 oz red wine
Rest day! I was exhausted after work today... Only got 5 hours of sleep last night, so I went home and took a nap.
