Went to bed around 11pm, woke up at 6:30am- slept great!
9am- black coffee, 3 oz tilapia 2 cups kale, 1 1/4 tsp fish oil (2g)
12:45pm- 3 oz salmon, 1 C cooked asparagus
4:20pm-starving- 3 oz chicken breast, 1 C cooked cauliflower, 1 tsp olive oil
8:40pm- starving- unmeasured food, I let myself get too hungry: paleo chili (awesome recipe I found google "Sam's Paleo Chili", a few bites of stuffed pepper, a few bites of chicken, picked on turkey pepperoni (so not paleo) almonds
vegetable soup
blueberries and strawberries
5:30pm WOD: PC heaviest- 95lb
CG bench- 95lb
12 min AMRAP Top of Every Min: 2 PJ- 75lbs, 6 KB swings 36 lbd, 9 ABMAT SU- killer!
Not a bad day at work, low stress. I feel like I a falling off the wagon, have not been measuring out my food. I already measured out all my meals for tomorrow including dinner, so it IS going to be a better day!
