Day 30
Great seeing everyone last night. That Paleo lasagna was off the chain! Feel good today. Took a few extra rest days letting a few odds and ends finish healing. Comp WOD am: handstand walk practice for 10 minutes, 3 rounds of DUs, FS x 4 @ 225lbs-12/10/8/7. Chin ups x 4 rounds. 3 more rounds of DUs. I sandbagged on both movements a bit cause PM Comp WOD demanding. Comp WOD pm: squat clean thrusters @ 135lbs/CTB pull ups 12/9/6 for time. I'm going all out on this I can't wait to get back there tonight and do this WOD!
Breakfast: 12 oz grilled salmon fillet w/1 serving of broccoli, 1 tall water, 1 black coffee, 1 vitacoco
Lunch 1: ground turkey w/garlic and red onion, diced mini tomatoes and sliced black olives over chopped summer squash
Snack 1: 2 celery sticks and some cucumber...yummy...NOT
Lunch 2: grilled chicken salad w/balsamic vinegrette
Snack 2: 1 serving of raw almonds
Dinner 1: grilled salmon over baby spinach w/mini tomatoes, cucumber, minced onion w/ balsamic vinegar
Snack 3: 1 avocado
Dinner 2: burger patty in the grass w/green fries, no cheese or bread or ketchup
Snack 4: possibly tuna out of the can before PM WOD

Food looks good! Great job today on those Handstand walks!
ReplyDeleteThanks Maria...I still really suck at it but the more I practice the better I get. So at the last minute Jason changed the Comp WOD pm and me and Dan Leslie had to do a descending ladder 8-1 of 155lb squat thrusters and CTB pull ups. 12:43, real tough and super demanding but I got a taste of the games with this WOD and man was that fun!
