Week 3 Done

10:45 - Wake up
    Slept well, just under 8 hours of sleep for the night.
11:45 - Breakfast
  • 3 eggs over easy
  • Bacon
  • Fruit Salad
2:30 - Lunch
  • Whole Foods Tuna Salad
  • Half a yellow bell pepper
  • 1 TJ Spicy Italian Sausage Link
7:30 - Dinner

    1. I really only take the time to cook on weekends. During the week it's almost always straight grilled chicken. I'd kill myself if that is all I ate all the time.
