Day 18.....James P

Sleep: 9:30sh- 5:45am woke up around 3pm rolled back over and was fine.
Stress: has been great all week.

Pre Wod: 6am protien shake and water

WOD:
135# PC
95# HPC
200m row times all round 45 seconds.

Felt pretty good today. Little tired and sore since it was my 4th day in a row, but pushed through it. Should have went a little heavier, but still got a great work out.

8:45am Veggie omelet
10:00am Protien shake
12:30pm Mixed green Salad with 1/2 grilled chicken breast, 1 cup chili
3:00pm 1/2 grill chicken breast and broccilli
5:00pm small black decaf coffee
7:30pm Salad mixture from whole foods and some kind of mexi bean salad from whole foods

32 oz water

Overall felt pretty good today and I was really worried I was going to be wiped out today. If I rolled over instead of getting up to WOD my day would have definetly been different for the worse. Definetly a little tired and sore from the week, but overall feel great this week.
