Slept well. Woke up once during the night but fell back asleep quickly with no problems.

- Brazilian Curry Chicken
- 1/8 Cup Macadamia Nuts
- 1 Trader Joes Chicken Sausage
- 1/8 Cup Macadamia Nuts
- 6 olives
- 13 oz of Paleo Shredded Beef
- 1/8 Cup Almonds
- 1/2 Bell Pepper
Today was a rest day. Doing games WOD 1 on Saturday. Can't Wait!
