I feel great today. I still have a little soreness in a few spots but nothing that will effect me tomorrow. I think everything has come together right at the deadline. Staying composed and keeping my emotions in check is becoming harder then expected. Co-workers, gym members, coaches and friends have been or are reaching out to wish me the best for the comp tomorrow but the anticipation is just brutal. Last thing I need is a big adrenaline dump right at crunch time...just need to stay calm and chill out. I have to get a good nights sleep! Preloading is something I do with my strenght coach the night before every strenght session so tonight will be no different. I will consume ALOT of meat tonight with a decent amount of carbs...somewhere between 4-7lbs of the good stuff. I need to have plenty of fuel in the tank and some in reserve for tomorrow just in case.
Breakfast: 3eggs/2yolks with minced onion, 1 water, 1 black coffee
Snack 1: 1 red bell pepper
Lunch 1: 1 serving TJs Cod w/1 serving of green beans
Snack 2: 1 serving raw almonds
Lunch 2: 1 serving TJs chicken serenade, 1 serving green beans
Snack 3: 1 avocado
Snack 4: Raw Kale snacks from Whole Foods
Dinner 1 and 2 is yet to be determined but probably a bunch of togo food from the Outback
