AVF Thursday
Hi guys.
Breakfast was my protein shake and supplements
Lunch was a work outing at Plan B! I had the Baja with no cheese and in the grass, with avocado. I love hot stuff but, man that chipotle was smokin! I resisted the tater tots, sweet potato fries, etc. surrounding me and had a side salad.
A snack at 4:30 of half an apple and some almond butter.
Dinner will be a bit of a cheat..it's my husbands birthday so his choice. Chinese. We'll see what he comes up with.
Rest day for me.
Easy stress but really bad headache. 4 days in a row with no diet coke! Progress!
