AVF Week 3, Tuesday

Slept ok but really tired when I got up. 9:00 - shake and supplements 12:00 - paleo meatballs and spaghetti squash 3:00 - handful of choc covered pretzels. RATS! Water...maybe 20oz.....I need to add to my goals to get at least 64 ozof h20 a day...but I'm not sure I have enough breaks between meetings at work to run to the restroom! Didn't eat much today. Not really hungry. Going to force myself to eat a steak for dinner. WOD ugh. 350/7; 300/11; 300/9; 300/9; 200/11 Running kills me! My knee is really bothering me tonight. I've had knee issues in the past but that was more of a grinding pain. This feels like tendons are loose or in the wrong place or something. I guess I'll ice it tonight to see if that helps. Easy day at work so not much stress. That doesn't come too often...actually I think this is the first time I've eve even thought that about this job!

  2. ALL you ladies did great tonight! Oh and the run absolutely kills me too and if I had chocolate covered pretzels I'd have a handful no doubt.
