Breakfast: Eggs over easy with italian sausage
Snack: Whole grapefruit...'tis the season! They are DELICIOUS!
Lunch: Spinach salad with salsa, Gorgonzola cheese, tuna, balsamic vin dressing
Snack: baby carrots, plantain chips
Dinner: Chicken with shredded zucchini, sweet potato and onion sauteed in bacon fat with garlic & herb seasoning
WOD:
Ran 300m each round
Thrusters: 55# 9/12/9/10/10
800m run afterwards
I am SO not a runner...I just don't have the body for it...not yet anyway ;-) Something about Tuesday workouts that get me in a mood, I kinda keep to myself to stay in the zone. I've been asked after just about every Tuesday WOD "are you okay?" lol I guess I look and act a bit out of it...lactate shit does that to me

I'm just impressed that even if running is not your thing or you know what to expect for Tues WODs, you get in there and do it anyway! Love it.
