Small salad with 1 piece chicken breast, 3 slices avocado, & 2 tbs salsa, 32 oz water
Pre-WOD: 2 slices almond flour bread w/ 2 tsp All Fruit jam
Post-WOD: Protein shake (2 scoops protein, 1/2 cup almond milk, coconut slices, water, ice); 32 oz water
1 piece of tilapia, 1/2 cup pinto beans, 1/2 cup green beans, broccoli slaw, shrimp; glass of red wine; 16 oz water
