10:30am starving 5 Turkey meatballs and 1/2 avocado
12:30am mixed greens, 1/2 green bell pepper, piece of Roasted Chicken
Fish oil, Multivit
2:30pm Green Tea, few raw almonds,
4:00pm carrots with half Alvarado
5:30pm worked late office ordered dinner. House Salad and roasted eggplant
8:30pm Gail ordered a gluten free pizza. I had one slice a very very small slice when I came home. I figured this one slice wont kill me and I ate pretty clean the past 16 days. Didn't crave it just was to tired to make anything.
Adrenal tincture forgot to take it this morning.
Had a long day at work and didn't sleep great last night. I am pretty exhausted right now going to hit the hey! I hope everyone is doing well...speak to you all soon.
Don't worry about that slice of pizza! It happens. Hope it was delicious :)
