I slept in late today. In the back of my mind I said I should take another rest day and when I woke up this morning my body told me the answer. Feeling better now with this respiratory jive. I'm praying it's almost totally gone. I need it to be. Its crunch time now. Got a couple days of double sessions, then a cardio session or 2 and then I'll rest again till Saturday morning. Already starting to clear my head and focus on telling myself what I have to get done and how to do it. Positive mental attitude!!!
Breakfast: 3 eggs/2 yolks w/TJs bacon and minced onion, 1 black coffee, 1 tall water
Snack 1: 1 serving of raw almonds, 2 pieces of fudge
Lunch 1: Baby spinach salad w/red bell pepper, mini grape tomatoes, cucumber, chicken tenderloins w/ balsamic vinegar
Snack 2: TJs dark chocolate covered espresso beans
Lunch 2: 1 serving of pulled pork
Snack 3: 1/2 avocado, 1/2 orange bell pepper
Dinner: Ground beef w/roasted garlic and onion, diced mini tomatoes, slices black olives atop chopped summer squash
