Yeeeeeah buddy!

I'm not back to 100% yet but almost! 

8AM:

2 Paleo raspberry muffins 2 cups coffee 

Noon:

Salad with chicken, salsa, guacamole,  1/2 cup black beans

Work was crazy busy! I was starving but didn't have time to eat a snack all day.

Pre-WOD @ 6PM

1/4 cup almonds & 1/2 cup raspberries

1 piece almond flour bread w/ 1 tsp All Fruit strawberry jam

Post-WOD @ 7:30PM

Protein shake (1/2 coconut, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup almond milk, 2 scoops protein, ice)

9PM (late dinner)

1 piece tilapia, sautéed cherry tomatoes w/ 4 olives, & cabbage

Water - 114 oz

WOD

I felt awesome! I made this WOD my bitch! It was exhausting & exhilarating at the same time. I love running, and it's something I look fwd to... But it's never easy. 

I completed the 400 meter runs in about 80 secs (keeping up with the guys out there felt empowering!)

Thrusters: 10, 10, 10, 8, 8 @ Rx 55 lbs

I surprised myself, and it was one of those few times that I actually felt great about my ability... 

I think I'm gonna go drink a glass of red wine now. Dr. Jaime said it's okay! BTW, she had her baby on Sunday! :)
