Monday and Tues:

meals: 7:3-0 oatmeal and tes
10:00 cucumber baby carrots and celery
11:00paleo chili and more raw veggies
3:00- cupcake :( but :)
5:45- Chicken and steamed brocolli
6:30 -pulled pork
came in about 47 calories under for the day and the cup cake should have been something else but....

slept ok broken from about 11:00-7:00
drink- water
wod: a1and a2: forgot my numbers but felt good and went heavier
wod: ave about 35 seconds I did 75lb press, kb 35, first 4 rounds then went down and 6 situps per round
not feeling so good definately fighting a head cold!!! sucks!!!


Tues:
7:30 Cereal and 2%milk
10:00 banana
11:00 turkey (deli) clices and 1/2 oz of chedder cheese (craving)
so far....
plan on soup and salad for dinner and snack
just feel like crap and not very hungry today
no wod today rest instead hoping i feel a lot better tomorrow!!
drink: water
sleep: ok 10:30-7:00 kept waking up sneezing and I either couldnt breathe or my nose was running..ugh!!! i havent been sick in years!!!!!! this sucks! lol!

  1. Throw some fresh spinach and grapefruit in your diet! Great source of Vitamin C...haven't been sick once this season...knock on wood! lol

  2. Ah there you are. I definitely hope you get better and quick. Make sure you stay hydrated! Did the cupcake have peanut butter in it or on it?
