Sleep: went to bed at 10, slept straight through to 630. Energy was consistent all day
Food: Same as yesterday--eggs, sausage/grapefruit/spinach salad/carrots/chicken, sweet potato, zucchini, onion
WOD: Was kind of happy to see Cindy today after yesterday. I didnt even try to keep count but I was a few behind Michelle and she got 21 rds so I was around there somewhere. Last time I did Cindy, I think I only got 14 rounds...was always stopping during squats and pushups but today I knocked them all out unbroken besides maybe one or two rounds. Was an awesome feeling :-)
SO PUMPED FOR TOMORROW!! Cleans, banded sprints and rowing are by far my top favorite things EVER so seeing them combined for tomorrow...oh man, I cannot WAIT! Like a kid on Christmas :-)
