Day 18

I'm a little more sore then expected today. Thankful it's a full rest day. I will get in a good stretch tonight when I get home from work that's for sure. I just want to tell everyone that planning most of your meals ahead of time makes all the difference...no bullshit! I went to trader joes this am before work and grabbed some stuff to get me into Sunday. I unfortunately had a cheat. I bought an organic Belgian milk chocolate bar (the big one) and nailed it as soon as I got home...OOPS! I'm not gonna lie it was amazing but I don't recommend anyone doing this. I wasted like 650 cals on that thing.

Breakfast: 3 eggs/2 yolks with 1 serving TJs bacon with minced onion, 1 water, 1 black coffee
Snack 1: Belgian chocolate bar...wow
Lunch 1: 1 serving ground turkey meat sauce, 1 serving green beans
Snack 2: 1/2 avocado, 1/2 red bell pepper
Lunch 2: baby spinach salad w/grilled chicken, yellow bell pepper, cucumber, mini tomatoes, red onion w/balsamic vinegar
Snack 3: 1/2 avocado, 1 serving raw almonds
Dinner 1: TJs soy/ginger cod w/broccoli and green beans
Snack 4: TJs Wasabi dusted seaweed chips/snacks (awesome just don't eat alot quickly...burns the nose)
Dinner 2: Fairly sure I'm heading to Plan B...it was awesome.  Of course Bourbon BBQ tenders, and for dinner surf and turf.  NY Strip steak w/alligator...yes alligator and it was great.  Also came with this delicious rice that had diced jalipano's, bacon, onion.  Only ate about half that.  What a treat the alligator was really really good!

  1. You know what is so awesome? It is that you can just say - I ate this, it was great, and then move on and get right back to clean eating. I want to be able to do that instead of having a cheat, panicking about it, and then continue to eat crappy and say, "I'll start again tomorrow." Which of course doesn't happen...

  3. Thanks Maria! Everyone has to remember that a couple cheats is ok. Strict diet 90%-cheat 10% of the time...great rule of thumb and that way you don't have any mental breakdowns and throw whole days away.
