Maria Week 3 Day 4

Went to bed around 10:30pm, woke up at 4:35am-not enough sleep, can't seem to get myself to bed early.  Slept well.

PRE WOD 4:45am
1 oz ground turkey breast
1/2 grapefruit
1/4 tsp fish oil

5:30am WOD: PC- 95 lbs- weight felt light today, but scared to go heavier with my back
                         HPC- 75 lbs- could have gone heavier
                         Banded runs
                         200m rows worst :48 best :44
FELT GREAT TODAY DURING WOD

POST WOD 6:45am
1 scoop Hydro Whey, 1 scoop BCAA + Glutamine and Vit C

9:45am- hungry
3 oz salmon
1 C frozen spinach

1:30pm- starving
4 oz turkey breast
1 C turnips/okra
1/4 C raw mixed nuts

4:00pm
flank steak
turkey breast
4 oz sweet potato
1 tsp olive oil

7:00pm
3 oz calamari
2 C homemade vegetable soup

I ate more today because I was SOOOOO hungry.  Low stress day
