Amanda M...Day 18

Sleep: 9:45-6:30, slept amazing as usual

Food: Same as yesterday. I've looked up and printed out AT LEAST 50 paleo recipes...from breakfast to dessert. So excited to try them out through this whole process.

WOD: Was so ready for today, my favorite things all mixed into one workout

Rds 1-4: 110# PC, banded sprints...avg 30 seconds (should have done 115#)
Rds 5-10: 105# Hang PC, banded sprints...avg 30 seconds
200m rows: 40s/41s/40s/43s.....40+ seconds of pure hell, to the point where my legs were burning well after I stopped rowing. Loved the feeling though in a sick twisted kind of way haha Almost puked tonight...have yet to do so, but I was close!

Overall feeling good, clothes are wicked lose, feeling energetic and happy :-) Goodnight!
