Monday! Woo!

I woke up feeling well-rested this morning! I'm still sick and feel like I have no energy. But I'm getting through it.

1 piece of tilapia, 1 cup cabbage, & 1 fried egg 

2 tbs hummus with baby carrots

3 chicken strips with 1 tbs salsa, 1 cup cabbage

2 cups black coffee

1 Paleo raspberry muffin

1 cup shredded broccoli "slaw"

Protein shake (1/2 before & after WOD) (1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup raspberries, 2 scoops protein)

Shrimp salad with 1/3 cup almonds, 1/2 cup black beans, 1/2 avocado, tomatoes, & cucumbers.

I'm still kinda hungry, but it's already 10PM, so I guess I'll pass on more food.

Water = 128 oz

WOD

6, 5, 4, 6, 5 - power clean 83, 93, 103, 93, 83 lbs

4, 3, 2, 4, 3 - bench press 75, 85, 95, 85, 75 lbs

I did 83lbs for the push jerk.
