Maria Week 3 Day 5

Went to bed at 10pm, woke up at 5am- slept well but overslept and almost skipped Crossfit, but then I thought, "Better late than never."  Plus I promised Trish I would be there, so that got me out of bed too.  Nothing like the buddy system...
PRE WOD 5:10am
1 oz chicken breast
1 1/4 tsp fish oil
1/2 C strawberries

5:30am WOD- 5 RFT 15 T2B 15 Wall Balls 11:31. Felt GREAT today I was able to do 10 unbroken T2B during the first round.  I have never done more than 6 unbroken, so that felt great.  I want to get better at these.
Hand Stand holds- I was actually able to go down a few inches and press back up- kicking up feels easier (even though I have to start with my hands on the ground)

7:35am- starving
2 oz salmon
1 C asparagus (measured raw)

8:30am- taught 55 minute cardio kickboxing/weights class

1:20pm- busy today, no time to eat earlier
3 oz calamari
1 C homemade vegetable soup
1C zucchini (measured raw)
1/4 C TJ raw mixed nuts

4:00pm- hungry
1 oz chicken breast
1 C celery

6:05pm
3 oz tilapia
1 C cooked cabbage/cauliflower/tomato
1 chicken drumstick

8pm
2 oz chicken breast

8:30pm
sleepytime tea with stevia

Great day today, low stress- I actually had a 90 minute massage which was perfect timing because I am still SOOOO sore from Cindy!  Feeling stronger in the gym, better endurance too...
