Day #10

I took some cold medicine last night, so I slept well. Just feel kinda crappy today. Throat hurts. Long, tough work day with lots of meetings and stressful deadlines. Drank lots of water- lost count of ounces.

3 egg omelette w/ bell peppers & beans

3 cups of coffee

1 pork chop w/ broccoli

1 bowl of Paleo cereal (almond slivers, walnuts, raisins, & almond milk)

Protein shake post-WOD

1 bowl of homemade Vietnamese Pho soup with shrimp, chicken, green bean noodles, spinach

1 bowl Paleo cereal (same as above)

I felt crappy today... I was exhausted after work. I just wanted to sleep! When I finally got home, I took a 15 min cat nap before the 6:30 session. I did not want to go at all. But when I got there, I couldn't stop smiling. Coaches Mark & Tim were hilarious, the workout was awesome, and the music was good. I somehow found the energy to kill the WOD. I ran fast & did ring rows as low as I could go. Loved it!  Good stuff :)

  1. Awesome job getting to the gym when you didnt want to! Its amazing how great a workout can make you feel and the coaches are definitely one of a kind lol keep it up! Hope you're feeling better today
