Sleep: 11:00- 7:30am had to work at the office late tonight so I decided to sleep a little today.

Meals:
7:30 adrenal tincture
8:30am protein shake on way into office
9:30am decaf black coffee, hard boiled egg
12 spinach salad, green bell peppers, with a turkey burger on top of it. Water
2:30 celery, raw asparagus
4:00 handful raw almonds
decaf black coffee on the way home wasn't tired just wanted something hot to drink
7:30 stir fried some chicken in coconut oil with green peppers, onions. Sweet Potato mash
No WOD for me today. I slept in I think yesterdays stress caught up with me because I was exhausted this morning. Felt ok as the day went on. Tomorrow is another day.
