AVF Starting Over Day 1
So you guys have heard me talking about not being able to kick sugar. I will admit that I think almost every day of this plan I've had some sugar. This morning I made the executive decision to start over. Start from scratch, day 1. And this time I was going to give up sugar. When I worked with Coach Andrea last year she told me that for every Diet Coke I had that I had to punish myself with 50 burpees by the end of the day! I'm not sure anything is worth having to do 50 burpees, except maybe a Sprinkles milk chocolate cupcake (seriously, best on the planet!).
8:15 breakfast - protein shake and supplements
11:40 lunch - 3 turkey, spinach and guacamole roll ups
6:30 dinner - grilled chicken salad, mixed greens, onion, avocado
I didn't eat near enough today but....NO SUGAR!!!
WOD
Was horrible while doing it but felt great after!
Started out too heavy on the DLs so I had to drop the weight.
Major headache today..no caffeine, hungry and not enough water. Tomorrow is prep day!
Night.
