Sleep: 11:00ish 8:00am woke up my normal time of 5:45, but it was nice to roll over and sleep in today a little bit. If 8am is called sleeping in!
Stress: Zero!
No WOD for me today.Tomorrow I will go for a run and then back to CFM on Monday morning.
Meals:
Adrenal Tincture
8:30am: 3 egg omelet with orange bell peppers and spinich. Decaf coffee with a splash of coconut milk. 1/2 avocado
1:00pm: was out and about so needed to grab lunch. We stopped at this deli in New Haven on Orange St "Nica's Market". Figured I would get a salad or something, but they had a hot bar with like 20 options! Roasted Chicken, green beens, and brussle sprouts.
3:00pm Tall SB decafe cafe mocha (little cheat treat)
Fish Oil, multi vitamin
6:00pm Paleo Turkey meatloaf with a scoop of homade guac and a side of asparagus. My first experience makeing this and Gail approved so it must have been good! I thought it was.
Really didn't eat a ton today. Was starving by the time we got to lunch, but we were running around and didnt have anything with me. Would have liked a little snack in between. So far so good. It's only day 13, but I feel like I am on the right path so far. Would like to eliminate any afternoon coffee and the few times I had diet coke over the last two weeks so those are two things I am going to work on.
I may go running as well tomorrow. And I know exactly where Nica's Market is. I've gotten the chicken cutlet grinder there a few times...AWESOME! Instead of coffee in the afternoon have you ever tried green tea?
