Went to bed at 10:30pm, woke up at 6:00am- woke up twice in the middle of the night, hard to get up today- I had to hit snooze a couple of times.
6:35am
2 oz turkey breast
1/4 grapefruit
1 1/4 tsp fish oil
7am WOD
8:45am- taught a 55 min step/weights class, but did more instructing than participating- that WOD KILLED me today.
11:00am- starving
3 oz calamari
2 C homemade vegetable soup
4:00pm-hungry, I was at ANOTHER party and there was only cupcakes there...
3 oz chicken
1C. mixed collard greens, cauliflower, tomato
1 tsp omega blend oil
6:00pm
3 oz salmon
1 C cooked asparagus

unmeasured cashews- WAYYYYY too many

I guess today is what I would consider a cheat day for me, that would be eating unmeasured amounts, and I know I had too many cashews. I am at my parents' house and it is always a challenge for me to NOT overeat here. I have always had a hard time with that.
Low stress day, came face to face with my crack/cocaine- chocolate! Tons of M&Ms and other candy Mouth was watering at this kids' party but I did not cave!
I am DONE eating for the night...
Maria that definitely doesn't count as a cheat in my book. I was craving a cakey chocolatey treat tonight but instead I had some vodka...lesser of two evils I suppose.
