Home for the Super Bowl so away from all those lovely party trays, but still managed to cheat a little.
Sleep: 10pm -8:30am
Stress: Zero felt great today.

Adrenal Tincture, Fish Oil, Multi Vitamin
9am 1 Almond flour bananna muffin, decaf Coffee
11am 1/4 cup raw almonds
12:30am Trader Joes Chicken Burger with raw spinich and alvacado
6:00pm Home made beef stew in the crock pot. whole foods stew meat, celery, carrotts, sweet potato, kale, onion.
Game time: some kettel potato chips, TraderJ's sopersata, really small portions didnt want to kill what I have done the last two weeks, but was enough to satisfy any junk food cravings which I really haven't had. Club Soda with a Lime. Have not had a drink in 2 weeks staying strong until I am in Daytona in 3 weeks.
