Didnt get a chance to post yesterday, so I'll do one now for yesterday.
Didnt wake up for the WOD. I was so weak and tired and knew that I was going to need the extra sleep so I skipped. The bakery was INSANE. She opened the place in Oct and word is starting to spread so it's been getting so busy. I stood for 7 hours and didnt even have a chance to sit and eat a whole meal.
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with turkey and bacon
Lunch: Red peppers, boiled chicken....which I had to eat over the course of 2 hours!! People kept coming into the bakery, I literally had to take bites and run back to the counter.
Dinner: Peanut butter and fluff. Im sorry! My day was crazy...I was starving...light headed...weak. I needed sugar, I needed carbs and I needed it fast. I couldnt bare to stand another minute even if it was to make a real meal
Met up with my cousin at the bar, had one drink and I was two shits to the wind-thanks Paleo for making me a lightweight again, so much cheaper haha. Then I was dragged out to a party...I wore slippers to it so that'll help give you a nice image of how much I wanted to be there lol
For next week: Talk to bakery owner about getting a solid 15 min break to eat; make dinner in advance for when I come home so I don't fall off the deep end again.
So my wife thinks that you need to mix the peanut butter and fluff together, then spread it on the bread. I think she's crazy. The correct way is to put peanut butter on one piece of bread, fluff on the other, and BAM, the perfect sandwich, right?
ReplyDeleteI myself do put peanut butter on one half and fluff on the other. I like to see the clear bread, peanut butter, fluff, bread separation. It's like art...just beautiful haha. However, I haven't tried it her way, so I cant hate on it!
