Sunday Post

Hi guys. I lost internet access this weekend so I wasn't able to post or to read how everyone else is doing.  So I am doing it this morning, instead of working!  Balance, right!  Looks like everyone had a good week and had fun for the Superbowl!!!

Sunday I actually did pretty well, despite the Superbowl.
8:30 breakfast - shake and supplements
1:00 lunch - Plan B burger in teh grass, jalapenos, avocado, side salad with mixed greens
5:30 dinner - grilled chicken, asparagus

I probably need to eat more.  On the weekends I'm always running around so I'm luck if I eat once or twice a day.  This was good for me on a weekend day!

No WOD...I can't do Wallballs as I can't risk getting hit in the face because my eyes are still healing.  So substituation for that so I spent the day prepping for the week and getting packed for the Disney trip later this week. Grilled tons of chicken and have meatballs in a crockpot this morning!!!!
