Doctors appointment today! I'm pretty excited. I hope it's nothing too crazy.
I need to stop looking at the WODs cause it is making me sad lol Once I find out what I can and can't do, I'll be back at the gym doing modified stuff. I will probably switch to 530am workout sessions just because there is absolutely no room to do your own workout at any of the evening classes lol
Food last week was horrifying. I've been trying harder to keep it under control since I can't workout like I normally do. So far so good
