Day #13 :(

1 bowl Paleo cereal

Whole foods buffet - 3 chicken sausage links, 3 turkey bacon slices, kale with guacamole and beans

1 Paleo raspberry muffin

2 bowls of sweet potato noodles with ground turkey and shrimp

2 small pieces of Paleo toast

I'm feeling really full... ate too much today when I wasn't that hungry.

2 cups coffee with almond milk 2 cups of chamomile tea 64 oz water (not enough)

No WOD today :( 

I was supposed to rest because I'm feeling sickly and congested, but that felt unproductive. Instead, I ran errands and baked Paleo treats. I sneezed all over everything. I'm not letting my body recover very well.

I see Dr. Jaime tomorrow about my nutrition plan. Yay!
