Day 12.....James P

Sleep: Had a good night 11ish to 5:45am
Stress: Felt great today ofcourse it was Friday!

Pre WOD: 1/4 cup Raw almonds, water
WOD:
Squat Cluster: 135/155/165 still a lack of confidence in my knee
75lbs for the OHS
K2E for all rounds had trouble holding on(tore my hand up) part of 2nd round so 3rd round I moved over to the AB/DIP machine thing.

Post WOD: protein shake
9am: 2 hard boiled eggs
11am 1/2 avocado on some celery
12:30pm Cobb salad without cheese or dressing
3:00pm 1/4 cup raw almonds
6:00pm My beautiful pregnant wife wanted to go out for Chinese tonight. peppercorn chicken stir fry with asparagus, zucchini, jalopeno, chili peppers. came with brown rice, but I only had one bite of it. not to bad of meal except maybe the peppercorn sauce it was stir fried in could of had some sugar. Green tea.

Felt great today. Squat days are always tough for me. I sprained my MCL pretty good a while back and I still have it in my head on these days. I dont have pain anymore its all psychological. 12 years ago it was my favorite lift. Everyone have a great weekend and don't completly blow it at a Super Bowl party Sunday! Really excited to start to turn the corner.

  3. Happy wife..happy life! If I ordered what I would have normally(fried rice) it would have been gone. I really didnt even have a want to have more of the grain surprisingly.
