Day #12 :(

3 egg omelette w/ 1 pork chop, 1 slice cheese, 2 tbs salsa

1 bag natural trail mix with sunflower seeds and dried cherries

Cobb salad with avocado, artichoke hearts, egg, bacon, Gorgonzola, turkey, & vinegar

2 small porkchops with cauliflower rice & green beans

1 bag dried mango

1 bowl of Paleo cereal w/ slivered almonds, golden raisins, & unsweetened almond milk 

Lots of water - 128 oz 2 cups coffee with cream

No WOD.

I worked late tonight. I feel really weak and tired. The illness I've been fighting all week has finally caught up to me. I took a 2-hour nap when I got home. I have no energy :(

  2. Been there Morgan. Whatever I have is still lingering. I still have neon yellow stuff draining from my sinuses and out my nose. Sucks but hang in there. Definitely take the weekend off from training and rest.
