Day #11

1 cup leftover Pho soup

1 bowl Paleo cereal

1 bowl leftover Pho soup

1 protein shake

1/2 cup trail mix with almonds/raisins

1 small piece salmon, 1 small pork chop, cauliflower/broccoli rice, & green beans

1 bowl Paleo cereal

Dried mangoes

I really wanted to indulge in a glass of vino today after a long day of work... But I hit the gym instead. Same effect, right? Haha

Great WOD today! I definitely didn't feel like going because I'm sick, tired, stressed, & have low energy. But I got it done!

*PC @73 lbs (2 full ladders, 3rd ladder I got 10 reps)

*Rowed 1049 meters

*Quads hurt like crazy during lunges, forgot to count rounds.

*BP @65 lbs (2 full ladders, 3rd ladder I got 4 reps)

*Rowed a little over 1100 meters (forgot the exact #)

During the WOD, I somewhere found the energy to finish strong each round. That felt good!
