Happy Friday everyone. Went to bed at midnight and woke up at 630...holy hell, its crazy how only 2 hours less of sleep affects my day. By 2 I was dyyyying
Food:
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with ham and turkey slices
Snack: Red Peppers
Lunch: Protein shake...forgot to defrost my chicken last night and had to grab this last minute. Ate baby carrots along with it
Snack: Handful of almonds, zucchini 'brownie'
Dinner: Sweet potato & bacon turkey burger, sauteed onions zucchini and sweet potato.
Definitely was feeling weak for the WOD today...I think it was a mix of lack of food and sleep.
BS 2.2.2x4: 135# for all the rds
30/15/30/15/30/15: KTE and OHS 65#
Are my wrists supposed to feel like they're going to break off for OHS? Maybe they're just weak? I dont know...tips on these please :-)
