Breakfast: scrambled eggs and bacon
Lunch: spinach salad, tuna, salsa, Gorgonzola cheese, balsamic vin dressing
Snack: handful of almonds, baby carrots
Dinner: chicken with shredded sweet potato, zucchini and onion sauteed in bacon fat with some garlic seasoning...so good.

AWESOME workout...really needed a good one after everything I ate yesterday. Felt strong and really killed it. Great way to start the week :-)
