found this awesome free app that is great because even though i am trying to be really strict paleo had no idea how many calories i was consuming and I was surprised!!! this app will track it for you, give you totals, and tell you what you have to do to reach your goals! I really love it!

so far....
drinks: 1 black tea and water
slept ok- am fighting a cold so woke up a few times trying to breathe!!- and took a nap in the afternoon which i think trew me off
same stress as every other day- money, kids, work, ya know!
today continued-- wod yes- that was a tough one feel like i say that everyday!!
dinner 6:00 chicken and broccoli and a 1/3 cup pulled pork! yum!!!
We've missed you! Naps ALWAYS mess me up, takes so much effort not to fall asleep on the couch lol
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love naps...though it's super rare I ever get to take one. 10, 15, 20 minutes whatever. To be able to shut your brain off and clear your head for those few minutes really helps me recharge and think more clearly.
