Food:
Breakfast: 3 eggs over easy, 2 strips of bacon
Snack: Red peppers
Lunch: Boiled chicken, steamed okra (still trying to get used to how slimy they are! I've only eaten them deep fried before haha)
Snack: Baby carrots, plantain chips
Dinner: Bacon and sweet potato turkey burger...ran out of spinach so I sauteed up some onions, shredded zucchini and shredded sweet potato.
WOD: These are the kind of workouts I live for! lol Class was crowded so we had to do switch up the order
Row: 1270m in 5 min
Lunges/Abmat: 5 rounds and 5 lunges
Bench: 3 rounds...started at 85# and dropped down to 75#
Row: Friggen display shorted out after a minute, I think it was because I was rowing so hard ;-) haha
PC: My favorite! Only 2 rounds but at 105# Was definitely smoked by this point
The aftermath....
At my old gym, I was always embarrassed about sweating because I'd be working out next to girls who had their hair down and makeup on. Now I wear it with pride haha Yeaaaah Buddy!
